Tutorials for Illustrator or Photoshop

Hey, does anybody have recommendations for AI or PS tutorials I can check out. I do a little here and there, but would like to get more detail on both programs.  Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

CHIWORLD1234 on YouTube seems like a starting point.
He mostly teaches how you can make a cartoon you though.
