wtf is the whited out thing + #rodex mean?

I'm gonna tell you the things I found off (don't take it personally tho'):

-I noticed that your lines aren't very clean/smooth
I know a guy that can help you out with that. It's gonna seem like for beginners, but clean art is pretty


-I also noticed the face's features are placed off at times:

• In the middle face, the right eye's a bit lower than the left. The lips' meeting line goes off at the right.
  Maybe add some details to 
• These come back in the right face, but add that the nose bridge's right shading makes it off. The lips are also tilting if you look at them and the chin. The neck's off at the right.
• That's gonna come out harsh, but for what on the left, look up some references and check a bit on the human anatomy
  You butchered that hand tho'. Break it down into simple shapes and lines instead of drawing it "from the scratch".
