I haven't been successful yet in using a delivery service with a hacked account yet. Every time, thus far, the order has either been cancelled, credit card info deleted or required to be re-entered first. 

What am I doing wrong?

I was finally successful yesterday! I opened up the account on mobile and turned off push notifs.  Then I opened up GH  in incognito mode on chrome.  I didn't add the where I wanted it delivered to saved addresses.  That's what seems to cause the red flag and GH will ask you to input the card info again.  Just put in the address to search for food near where you want it sent. Hope that makes sense.
