That makes no sense, how do I know you are going to send my the files or send me the refund. That's not how scam reports work you resolve the issue then once resolved and the deal is refunded Ord complete then the report is considered closed.  Not sure what world you living in. Lol

We agreed before that I would be able to test it, which he has not allowed me to do. I haven't even received a screenshots of it adleast. I'll pay the other half just want to make sure he has actually completed it.
